Can you represent me if I am outside Uzbekistan?+−
Yes. With a notarised power of attorney I can represent you in courts and state bodies without your presence. Communication and document exchange are handled remotely, in English, Russian or Uzbek.
How is confidentiality protected in cyber and economic cases?+−
Everything you share is covered by attorney–client privilege. I do not disclose client names or case details without written consent, and published decisions are anonymised.
Can a criminal case be closed before trial?+−
In some cases, yes. Article 84 provides grounds for ending a case before it reaches court. Whether they apply depends on the charge and the facts; I assess this at the first consultation.
Do you work with foreign companies and investors?+−
Yes. Foreign and corporate clients are a core focus: protection of investments, disputes with local partners and claims against state bodies.
How quickly can you get involved?+−
